Temple of the Moby Hack

image

Welcome to the Temple of the Moby Hack!

The temple is a loose network of friends and acquaintances who also, in some cases, happen to be proud computer hackers.

The hack.org network and the servers running on it serve our common computing and networking needs.

Perhaps you might find something useful here too. However, most content accessible to the public is under web pages belonging to individual users (and not here). Shoo!

Of course, anything found on a user's server, under a user's web pages or sent by a user from an address at hack.org is their responsibility. No one else is responsible and the temple itself is so disorganized that it's silly.

What is this, really?

What is a hacker?

How can I become a hacker?

Where did the name "Temple of the Moby Hack" come from?

Who takes care of all this?

Who made the logo?

How did you get the hack.org domain?

Will you sell hack.org to me?
